Sleep is the best teacher |

What is not being investigated by Western scientists! Here and another interesting results of unusual research came to us from abroad. At the University of California at Berkeley (USA), scientists came to the conclusion that sleep helps to learn well. Exploring easy (or so-called fast) sleep, during which dreams are not dreamed, they came to the conclusion that such rest is comparable with the restart of the computer, as it clears the memory, transferring from it to a constant "carrier" all the knowledge gained. 44 of the experimental students took part in the experiment. They were divided into two groups. All observed participants in the experiment who have purchase college research papers underwent memory tests, then one part went off for an hour and a half sleep, the second group was not given such an opportunity. It turned out that the students, who had avoided rest, were less able to absorb the information received. During the sleep, the subject was removed from the encephalogram, which showed a high activity of brain waves that reflected the interaction between the hippocampus-the operative memory of the brain and the perforated cortex-the human's hard disk. That is, during the rest period, the actual knowledge is structured, the record is written to the "crust" and the hippocampus is cleaned to obtain new information. The second part of the dream is a slow dream, shows sleeping dreams, if you can say so. This phase of sleep, as a rule, is confined to the second half of the night and precedes awakening. At this time, the activity of brain waves is very active. Apparently at this time is the processing of information, its logical assimilation - this is manifested as a kind of visualization in dreams. The conclusion of scientists, made on the basis of research is this: sleep should be at least 6 hours. This is what is required for the mechanical assimilation of information (fast sleep) and its processing by neural networks of the brain during a slow sleep. With such a rest, a person has more potential to learn new things. In one of the British schools, teachers conducted an experiment, with the help of which it became clear that the duration of sleep affects the child's mental abilities. They started their lessons not at 9:00, as usual, but only 1 hour later. The resulting effect surprised many. Even those students who did not show special success in their studies began to get quite successful grades. This result is due to the fact that the child's timing rhythms are different from those observed in adults. Teachers have long noticed that the rhythm of the teenager is slowed down, and only at noon they reach a peak of mental activity. The director of the experimental school stated that the data obtained were preliminary, but even now it is clear that an additional hour enhances academic performance in English and mathematics, these subjects require attention and the ability to analyze. Some children do not like to wake up early in the morning, and 60% of parents with grief are watching their children suffer in the morning. However, critics negatively reacted to the idea of ??starting the lesson from 10:00, in their opinion, children will be more difficult to perceive adulthood when faced with the need to get up early.
